Having successfully owned and operated a small business for over a decade, she understands the importance of clear communication, strategic thinking, a strong online presence, and exceptional client service. Julie's background also includes years of compassionate care as an assistant in a busy Eye Surgeons practice. There she honed her ability to support individuals through challenging situations. This unique blend of business acumen and genuine empathy allows her to guide clients through the real estate process with both competence and understanding.
Julie believes in treating every individual with dignity, which aided her in building a loyal customer base as she and her husband crafted, cultivated, and later sold a thriving small business in the fishing industry (Big Joshy Swimbaits). Now a proud member of the Gulf Coast community, Julie is passionate about advocating for others throughout the real estate process. In her first 3 years as an agent, Julie grossed over $16.5 Million in property sales.
Originally from Ohio, Julie has found her home on the Emerald Coast and appreciates its stunning beauty and welcoming community. Blake Holley

Blake was born in Miami and raised in Northern Georgia but has been visiting the Emerald Coast since she was 10 spending time with local family members. On a family trip in 2004 her father, who works in construction, saw the need for developers in the area and found it was time for the family to make Florida their home once again.
Blake spent a lot of time exploring her new home, enjoying the squeaky white sand on the beach, meeting new and exciting people every spring and summer, discovering new activities like deep sea fishing, surfing, weekend boating with friends and everything else the Emerald Coast had to offer.
Blake had the opportunity to work for a large international company as a sales associate and intermediate level trainer where she was able to realize her love for helping others and marketing strategy. She went on to become the Director of Operations for a now very successful rental management company which gave her insight on the needs of many investment property owners. Then, in 2010 while trying to decide between following her passion for Interior Design or Event Planning, a close family member was in desperate need of someone to manage their busy office and Blake offered to help. This family member was a successful Real Estate Agent in the area and took Blake under their wing teaching her the ropes. Blake’s family has always been involved with Real Estate to some degree whether it be new construction, rental management or project development so the training process didn’t last long.
Blake went from being a part time “Paper Pusher” to a full time Realtor’s Administrative Assistant in less than 6 months due to her attention to detail, thorough research and knack for marketing. Blake knew that the only next step would be to get her Real Estate License and further her career. In 2015 she did just that and has been using her skills of market research and customer service to help others meet their Real Estate needs ever since.

From the first point of contact through the entire process, Justin Endsley with Gulf Realty 30A was a class act. Justin stayed in contact for over 6 months sending periodic listings matching our criteria but was never pushy. My Husband is a Realtor in the Nashville, TN area and during that 6 month of timeframe we spent considering an investment property down here, we called multiple other agents to interview for who we wanted to work with. Out of every agent we spoke with, Justin continued to stick out as the best option well above every other agent. We came down on Memorial weekend, giving Justin only a few days notice of our arrival as it was a last minute trip to come look at properties when things opened back up from Covid-19 shutdown. Justin obviously had several other clients he was juggling but always made sure he showed any property we wanted to see and if he could not get there, his assistant was available. After writing an offer on a unit in Miramar that received multiple offers, we decided to reroute and purchase a beautiful new construction townhome on 30A that backs up to Topsail State Park and we could not be happier with our choice. Justin assisted with negotiations keeping our best interests in mind, was thorough with inspection process, provided a final walkthrough video since we were out of state and even took care of a few things that he didn't have to both before and after closing. We feel like we not only gained a 2nd home in this transaction but also a new friend.
